To all of the people who have worked with the kids and for us over the years. As you know, Kennedy came in to this world 2 1/2 months premature. She attended 3 elementary schools, 2 middle schools to get the early education she deserved.
When she moved to high school, they tried to put her in the non diploma track, claiming that she, “couldn’t cut it.”
Kennedy wouldn’t take no for an answer and moved schools again.
Now, on June 11th, after this long battle, Kennedy is doing what they said she couldn’t do – graduating from high school (on the diploma track). Sadly, they are only able to do a virtual ceremony and we can’t even celebrate her achievement with a party.
We are asking anyone who has worked with her in the past to record a short video introducing themselves and what they did to help her get to this moment. Please post your video to our facebook page @Navautism
